    The AMH "Paul" tuba mouthpiece is designed to be used with F or Eb tubas but can also work well with BBb or CC tubas.  The Paul mouthpiece was originally designed with the German orchestral F tuba sound in mind.  This design concept helps to make response quicker, better flexibility, and more consistent intonation throughout the full range of instrument.  This product is designed by international tuba virtuoso Andreas Hofmeir.

    The AMH "Paul" has a small/American shank.

    I have been searching for something to match with my F tuba for quite sometime. After looking around A LOT, I came across the AMH Paul. I was not expecting to enjoy it, but I cannot imagine going to another mouthpiece that offers great control, allows air to fill the instrument, and produce a rich sound that I’ve yet to replicate with another mouthpiece for my 2250. Very happy with my purchase from Professor Mouthpiece.!

    I use the Paul on my F tubas and also on my Miraphone Star Light Eb Tuba. It's an excellent mouthpiece for all bass tubas really, try it on a 6/4 Eastman for a real surprise!

    This mouthpiece was a fantastic surprise. It's larger, and has a sharper rim than most of the mouthpieces that I've used for my F tuba. However, I find the rim to be really comfortable and its size actually works really well with my Adams F. The best thing about it is the sound! I'm really happy with my Paul!
