    Laskey tuba mouthpieces are designed to give the tubist clarity of articulation, security throughout the entire range of the instrument, and a fast response.  

    The 28C uses the classic Laskey rim that tubists love with a moderately shallow bowl.  This bowl design creates an ideal mouthpiece to use on F or Eb tubas.  The 28C can be the perfect tool for the tuba soloist and chamber musician.

    The 28C is available in American and European shank sizes.

    Guys, let me tell you something… I have never had a mouthpiece work so well with me on F tuba in my entire life. This thing had me blowing low pedals to an F4 like it was nothing. Intonation was rock solid all the way through. The tone I get on it is very clear and present, it’ll easily cut through any pianist’s ivory pounding as well as the most dense orchestral fog I could ever see anyone playing in. Couldn’t recommend this piece enough for the aspiring or seasoned Bass Tubist! -CC
