Return Policy

Mouthpiece purchases include a 30-day trial period.  If you are not 100% satisfied with the mouthpiece within the 30-day period, you may return it in "like new condition".  A mouthpiece in "like new condition" does not have any dents, nicks, scratches, or heavy insertion marks.  Professor Mouthpiece reserves the right to issue partial or zero refunds if a mouthpiece is returned in poor condition.

*Items that are not returnable*  Gold plated mouthpieces are not returnable.  All purchases of gold plated mouthpieces are final.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned mouthpieces.  We recommend insuring your shipment and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged return items.  Professor mouthpiece must be notified within the 30-day trial period of your intent to return and the returned item must be received within 10 days of notification.
